It exists, it’s super expensive, and there’s no info about it at all. Is it 8 individual strings, Or is it octaves? If it isn’t octaves, are there any octave bass trem bridges? I know they exist, I just don't know where.

Tune made some nice basses and Greg Lake was a fan of them.I don't know if the company still exists.You’re right, it isn’t kahler. That bass is from a Japanese brand called TUNE which is an unfortunate name to have when trying to find them online. I found a thread about it talking about it’s floating bridge system. I just can’t find it again.

You do see them on occasion especially their Bass Maniac model.They seemed to be good made in Japan quality.The company went under. I’d be lucky to find one but things like that do pop up.
