Kendrick lamar synth tone.

Hey Guys hoping i posted in the right forum. Was wondering if anyone could lead me in the write direction to achieve this tone. Im thinking a bit crusher but any advice would be great thanks.

I don't got much experience in synth sounds but from what I have tried maybe fuzz-> OC2 (direct and oct2 at zero and oct1 at max). And it sure does sound like you need a fretless. Anyways that's my 2 cents and if that didn't help much, free BUMP!

Thanks for the help! ive recently picked up an oc2 and im seeing which fuzz works best. im using a darkglass b3k,ibanez phat hed and digitech metal master trying to see what works best. Thanks

Funny, but Jimmybc's advice is exactly what I was going to suggest. You could probably get by without a fretless if you have a whammy pedal or similar pitchbending device. OTOH, unless you plan on covering that song, who cares? Cool sound, though...

thanks for the advice guys. My band is planning to cover swimming pools by Kendrick but i really like that synthy fuzz sound in this song. Wanted to use it in another band.
