I'll keep that in mind if I visit Chicago. Where I live, we have zero choice in fried chicken outlets, only KFC. Even the nearest Popeye's that I know of is a 5 - 6 hour drive. KFC has no competition in this town. I haven't tried the grilled version but to me it kind of defeats the purpose. The flavour is in the breading. They should consider selling the breading without the meat.
I went to my local KFC once and they had no chicken. The cook hadn't shown up.
