that one with the USA Flag wallpaper all over it is quite ummmmm :bag:

  8. thats nice looking but ive seen many a ritter even sexier than that

  9. To me, Ritters are made of some of the most beautiful wood around. I really don't like their looks, though.

Apparently they sound and feel like the gods' own playthings, though -- and you sure as sin can't argue with that.

  10. It looks like a spalted lock ness monster. There are many other basses at LE I'd rather have. :eyebrow:

  11. That thing is stunning..love the block inlays

  12. Doc.........

First the 7K MM, now this Ritter :eyebrow: Did we hit the lottery??? :D

  13. Oh yeah, the one that looked like someone barfed a bunch of mini flags on it.

Both that stingray and this Ritter are gorgeous. I really want to play a Ritter, just to see what they're actually like.

I played this one a few weeks ago. Sounds and plays good and at $3500 it is a deal compared to the new ones. But where would you gig this thing? I would look like an idiot in a dive bar playing covers with it. They are not worth (IMO) what they go for new.

Come to think of it... I have never seen a Ritter gigged. Even by a pro.

    2nd bass down....

  17. I'd rather have had the Rob Allen right below it.

I bought the Sadowsky MS5 right below that!:smug:

Hmm, can anyone give clip or recording a Ritter actually being used professionally?

  20. Nice score. If I'm ever in that part of the country, I *definitely* want to wander in there...
