That last one of testing1two's looks really interesting, that's the closest you will get to flush anywhere. The thing that I wonder about is it's tactile response. His first one, however, looks like it would definitely be a good choice.

You do indeed have a lot of options. There are a lot of companies out there, you just need to know how to find them. There are also companies that will make one totally custom for you, but you don't need that since you're not looking for anything rare, and that's gonna cost a lot.

By the way, I was browsing All Electronics, and one of [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] might be interesting. They are both momentary and normal toggle, so you could use it as your tremolo, but also as a normal kill switch when you wanted. Not to mention that rocker is only $0.5!

ok men, so heres the deal so far. There is a guy named Mikey that works at All Electronics. He will be in around 2 hours from now. They keep all the switches on hand, so he will be able to physically pick them up and help me. i have to choose between these two..

Pros - Metal Chassis.
Cons - 5/8th of an inch. My current hole is 3/8ths.
Cons Cont..-Plastic button

Pros Cont..- Metal button!
Cons- big, 3/4ths an inch. ouch...
Cons- may be hard to press down because of its heavy duty nature..

Ok guys! talked to the guy there and he picked up the switch for me and assured me of its quality. i ordered 2 so i have a spare. here is the one i got..

Again, thanks to everybody in this thread. I cant tell you how many of these killswitch threads go unanswered on guitar forums across the world about buckethead and his switches, and finally i found a quality one! I will refer this to anyone who asks about them from now on.

If you're using it for a tremolo effect, why not get a momentary switch in a push button format?

Nevermind, looks like you figured it out.

Although, personally, I'd get a SPDT and send the signal to the ground instead of just cutting it, but that's how I wire all of my killswitches.

well, i agree now with the double throw part, and never thought of it honestly guy. Wish i did, but i already ordered, so no big deal. it does pop when im playing a clean channel, but is totally hidden when playing with distortion. Honestly, i dont even use it much, and if i do, its with distortion, haha.

Hey, They actually didnt fill my order yet, So I still have time to get a SPDT Button. Will those big arcade ones work? It doesnt say if its Normally Open or closed, and it doesnt say its momentary...

Now that you said that, I really do want to get a SPDT button, but i cant find many on the site that don't have an LED or something. And that one is really big, and plastic, and that scares me. Though, i am bad at nagivating their site. Do you guys see any SPDT buttons like the one I ordered?

AAH!. well, my only concern is that the arcade button is just too big. I would have to drill a massive hole in my pickguard, and im scared it will be too long to fit in my control cavity. Plus, if i dont like it, theres no going back. I would have to get a new pickguard and blah blah. I'll stick with the one i got. If things dont work with it, Then maybe an arcade button!
