Ok sports fans, i'm going to offer my 1965 Klira Twen Star model 162 bass for sale. It's in incredible condition as you can clearly see from the photos below.
This is a extremely rare Klira model. It's a 30" short scale with a semi-acoustic body and neck set with single bolt support, so the neck will never need re-setting. It's currently strung with a fresh set of Pyramid round wound strings which give it great punch and tone definition.
For those unaware of Klira, their factory was located in West Germany in the village of Bubenreuth located in Bavaria. This is the same village where Hofner, Framus and Pyramid have or had their factories. This is a quality hand made instrument.
Bass is in 100% original condition and has no issues. Plays like a dream and weights 6 lbs. There is some very minor lacquer checking on the front and back in the nitrocellulous finish. There are no dings, nicks, gouges, dents or scratches on the bass anywhere.
