Knobs - matching set - 2 dome, 2 stacked

I'm in need of four black metal dome knobs to replace the POS plastic knobs that came with the EMG BQC preamp. Anyone know of a single source for a matching set of four knobs (2 volume/blend, 2 stacked).

I've looked on ebay, allparts, stewmac, can't seem to find a matching set of four sold together or separately. Any help is appreciated.
