So my question is that Fieldy from Korn. What's pedals does he use? Your thoughts?

Fieldy was never a very effect heavy player from what I recall.
A little fuzz curtesy of Boss FZ-2
A little Bass Synth- looks like Boss SYB-3
Then a dash of chorus and tremolo from time to time. Think he used Ibanez Tonelock Chorus, and maybe a TC Corona.
Voodoo Lab for the trem if the interwebs is to be trusted.
Most of his sound came from down tuning, compressor and eq on the Mesa Boogie Basis M2000, and beating the living crap out of the basses.

Pretty sure his distortion of choice was a Boss ODB3 with everything cranked.
His tone isn't anything special except that it has to mesh with huge sounding drums and guitars that often get pretty weird (for music of the time), so focus more on the technique than replicating his gear.

He's known for having a super scooped tone. So use an active bass (Ibanez K5 or something similar), cut your mids, boost the lows and the highs (to get his clicky sounding high end) and that's about it for his signature tone.
What I find interesting about his tone is that although it is super scooped, I can always hear what pitches he is playing. Quite a feat for scooped downtuned bass in a metal context.
To me, he always sounds like someone tossed a couple of fist sized stones into a tumble dryer.
I've heard "tic tacs falling down the stairs" description before.
Works really well for his band though. You can cop it with an EQ pedal with pretty extreme settings.
Reproducing his tone is pretty easy:
Totally scoop the mids, increase bass and treble.

I remember early on reading an interview with him and he was saying that he's not really a bass player and does not play traditional bass lines, the bass was purely a percussive instrument for him.

Floppy strings, tons of treble, mids gone and beat it like it owes you money. I never liked his tone with all the treble percussion. I felt back then like it was Trujillo's Suicidal tone taken to an extreme that lost all the good parts.
Would not say that I wanted ever to replicate his tone, but he definitely has it's own take on both tone and technique.
And it works in band context. While Korn guitars are de facto in bass frequencies, his mid-scooped tones actually helps to avoid muddiness in lower frequencies providing ultra low foundation and some percussive lines.

It's hard to imagine Korn without those bass parts, though there is a clip with Ryan Martinie subbing for Fieldy.
There is enough bands with conventional bass players with conventional bass parts, I guess there is room for a Fieldy or two here.

Be prepare to get a bunch of annoying 80s metal head fans to go on why Korn isn't good. Don't listen to them, enjoy the music you love.
I love Korn, not too much into metal of any kinds these days.
His tone IMO is kind of easy to get, I was able to get close with my B1 zoom pedal, biggest key is tuning to his level, literally it's gonna sound like loose cable strings, but using rounds will be the key. Also if you have a five string good, that is another thing that helps, he uses Ibanez mostly. A four string it is possible but you need some heavy gauge or some bass modding I was able to do it but... it was too stringy!
I highly recommend DR Sunbeams, they got close, and I believe Fieldy used those, he now has his own sig strings but don't buy them unless you really want them, the coloring ones are kind of annoying IMO!
Basic- scoop them mids, boost those highs on an Ampeg type pre-amp or your own amp you are there IMO.

I'm not really into Korn or their history now, but I do remember two years ago or so (may be wrong) he was known for being for very down and blue at shows live and a lot of fans saw it, and he quit playing with them. I'm not sure what currently is happening maybe he is back but last I heard he doesn't play with them anymore.
Yeah, I recall a bass player interview with him many years ago where he described micing up his cabinet centered on the horn and basically dumping all the mids.

For their first one I was around a couple session startups at Indigo Ranch helping Richard out. Fieldy played an active Ibby bass and Mesa amp. I am unsure about the cab make. There were Boss pedals but I don't remember which ones. Indigo had a cabinet, kinda like a library dewey decimal card cabinet, full of every pedal you could want. I am sure a few were tried.
Also there was the infamous Indigo in house made DI boards, some tube driven, too. I don't think the DI was used though in the mix.
I would look at the Boss pedals mentioned but I really feel you can cop that scooped sound without cloning his rig. The API console in my avatar was a bit of that sound though.

Yeah, for a long time I - and many other people - poo-poo'd him, but over time I've come to appreciate the uniqueness of the approach of treating the bass guitar like a percussion instrument rather than a lower guitar.
In any case, he was never much of an effects-heavy player, as others have said. Scoop the mids, dime the bass and treble, and hit the hell out of your strings.
There are some old posts here saying he was using a SansAmp, but as far as I can tell all he's confirmed to have used are a Boss FZ-2 and SYB-3 (he discusses these in the Got The Life "Lesson" video on YouTube) and per TC Electronic's website he also uses a Corona Chorus.
Also, as alluded to here, as of 2021 he is currently on an "indefinite leave of absence" from KoRn in order to focus on "personal issues" and "bad habits" that had resurfaced over the past few years and "caused tension" with the people around him - like many other members of KoRn (and a lot of other bands in that scene, to be frank) he has always spoken pretty candidly about struggling with substance abuse issues, so I suspect that's what happened. The band is teasing new music this year, but he's not present in any band photos anymore - he's always been such an integral part of their sound that I am curious as to what the new record will sound like, assuming he isn't playing on it.

A lot of folks might not remember or can’t relate but when that first Korn album came out there was nothing else like it. It was 180 degrees different than the mainstream Blink 182/Matchbox 20/Sum 41 of that time. Then much like the Nirvana effect a few years prior, every new band tried to sound like Korn.
