UPDATE:
Kubicki made neck, supposedly. No Name body. No markings to prove anything, just a letter. Seller lied or was misinformed. This bass is worthless to me. I'll hold out for a FACTOR someday...

When Phil was still living I took my 1986 Factor to him and he told me it needed a new body since it looked like it had been through a war. I still have it and never got the new body. It has soul!

Those are unlicensed copies of the ExFactor bass.
Some visual differences: Copy has 24 frets, the headstock curves the wrong way, saddles are cut square instead of V notch, neck bolts, dials, bridge bolts.
So that was pretty gutsy having "Licensed By" on there - did they ever get sued by Phil?
