Has anyone out there tried LaBella LTF4-A low tension flats on a piezo electric pickup acoustic/electric bass? If so, how did it sound through a PA or amp?

LaBella LTF-4A strings on acoustic/electric bass?

I use La Bella LTF's on a 34" Tacoma Thunderchief and on a 32" Fender ABG and really like how dark and round they make the plugged-in piezo tone sound. Less acoustic volume than roundwounds, but sounds more like I want an "acoustic bass" to sound, both acoustically and amplified. They sound more bright on the Thunderchief than the Fender, but I can't say whether that's because of the scale length or the different construction of these two acoustic bass guitars.
And LTF's feel sooooo good.
