Ok so I just acquired a new SVT-CL if anyone saw my last post

I have 2 Fender P-Basses.
2001 MIM P-Bass Special
1997 MIA P-Bass
My MIA sounds awesome on every single string except the E. My E-String sounds weak and muddy.
My MIM sounds pretty much the same on all my strings as far sound and fullness goes. But not near as nice sounding as the MIA on A D and G.
The MIM sounds dark and warm sounding. The MIA is very bright and colorful. IF I roll the tone nob down on my MIA it will sound just as dark and warm as my MIM. I purchased the MIA because it had such a great Piano like tone . I later found the strings had allot to do with this. I have no idea what kind of strings they are I have always wanted to know. I changed the strings on the MIA last year and found the new strings to lack the Piano like sound. So I put the old strings back on. I believe they are 105's.
I have always played GHS strings in the past and that is what is on my MIM and they are 95's .
So here is the question how can I get the Piano sound with the great heavy low end.
How are 95's giving more low end than 105's ???
Possibilities
strings on the MIA be extra worn on the E?
Pick Ups ( I have no idea what came in my MIA/ my MIM are cheapo dragon fires which are not bad)
Anyhow I thought I would ask you guys I know some of you have allot of EXP with Tone. THX
