***SOLD***

This bass never gets played anymore, so I figure it's best to let her go. This is a white Lakland 55-94 Classic with Nordstrand pickups. The bass plays and sounds great, it's just not MY sound. $1600 shipped to the lower 48. Thanks.

Your pic links point to a Gmail account, maybe that's why. Did you keep the Bartolini pre-amp? What year is it?

Let's try this again....but to answer a couple of questions...the bass does still have the Bart preamp, not sure of the year, but I'll see if i can check with Lakland for the year based on the serial number. Thanks. dee

So far posting pics may be proving a bit unsuccessful, but how about some clips??

Pleeeease! :D

I'm sure that will get you a lot more bites too.

Well, still working on the pics, but lets try and see if I can get a clip to load...This is just some random noodling while switching between different pickup combos.

Very nice, and congrats on getting the big pics up and running!

So, if this isn't, then what's your sound? What are you looking for in possible trades?

Thanks gforcemusic!

bwest9 - after playing the bass for a little while tonight, it's not so much the tone that I can't get used to it's the body shape. I currently play Roscoe LG's and previously played Spector NS4CRFM's, so I guess I'm just more comfortable with the smaller body styles. Thanks.

Hm...maybe you should check out that Warwick Dirty Blonde post then. MM/P would be a configuration close to the Lakland with a small body.

EDIT: possible trades maybe?
