thanks guys. it's crazy--lot's of destruction. hollowbodys are all really ugly. even the solidbody laklands all have warped necks, brown stains from the river/sewage water soaking into them, and cracked bodys (not finish--the wood!!) from the wood swelling up. drying out now just to make them a little less gross, they're all a total loss...

I know what you mean about hearing the wrong/missed notes TOO well.....played he new dual J today and I was pretty nice in the mix so each "error" was truly heard/missed!
At the end of the last (exit) song (ending in a B) I did a slap on the open B and hit it a little harder than I thought....windows shattered and car alarms went off! (OK - not really BUT it was massive....and kind of out of place....need more control over my slappage!)

sadly - insurance will, most likely, take the damaged goods...
they want to make sure you don't repair them anyways or sell them.....95% of the time they WILL end up in the landfill, but they MAY sell some of the "less damaged" goods to repair shops etc....
keep a close eye on those pictures...if a similar bass shows up on evil-bay or in a local pawn shop in the near future...beware....

Yeh....I like the LH3 as well.....even though I have more passive basses than LH3 equipped basses at the moment*

It does! It teaches the user to do the proofing! Working on the Doude dictionary...the licensing fees are a killer though!
My multiple Lakland Collection will probably need to wait until people are paying me to be an engineer as apposed to now, when I'm paying to learn how to be an engineer. Being a poor married college student leads to a small bass arsenal. That being said, when I graduate, I already plan to ask for a Lakland for my graduation present from someone ( some may say that it's a lot to ask for, but considering I'm paying for my school, and my parents are paying for my sisters private christian college education, they should be able to swing it). I've got a couple years to decide
I can't wait till I get that first paycheck out of school and we're still living on $30K a year. Bass Heaven.
