The Lakland club is a little snooty for my taste.....I think this will be last time I ask about a bass....or post here....I wasn't whining...I was going to spend $2200 on a used p bass and already spent $3200 on J Bass ...so I had some concerns thats all...but I should of stuck with my own advice of...who cares what anyone thinks...

For the love of Lakland man, you've overtaken the entire thread! I don't think you have to respond to EVERY post!

It might be a while, especially to find the bridge. Leo won't sell me one.

Oh wait, that was for the DJ5, right? Never mind :hiding:

Oh yes he does.:D

Actually he doesn't, but it feels like it sometimes - it's kind of funny though, it's like a time warp.

Now you're whining.

+1

Snooty. LOL

Yep, we play our Laklands with both pinkies at full solute.

I've been reading the thread, but too busy at work to respond to anything, but I think you sorta overdid it man. A bass is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it, if you weren't willing to drop 2k on the bass that's cool, but there are plenty of us out here that would probably pay that plus some if money were no option. Plus, you already ordered 2 US Laklands brand new, so you really should know the answers to the questions you are asking. The guys were trying to be helpful and you kept turning the argument to thwart their attempts to help. Honestly, if you want to know anything about Laklands, this is the place to come, most people's opinions here are worth noting... Except maybe Brandon (I kid, I kid).

To everyone else: What's up? I switched jobs again and have been swamped... A new Lakland may be entering the stable soon... I'll keep you posted.

Well said. And congrats, I know the other "new" job wasn't quite your cup of tea, so glad for you that you made the switch.

And considering the new gig, I think you deserve another toy ;)

I wouldn't be surprised if we see a "Lakland sucks" post/thread from you in a couple months because they wouldn't let you change your order five times.
