I'm at work and can't measure. But, I would start by loosening the strings until they are floppy and then tighten the truss rod a quarter turn at a time until the neck is all the way straight (zero relief) when tuned to pitch. Check the playability like that, and back off the truss a smidge if needed.Whats your action like at the 12th fret? My neck is basically straight. This is a little more than a sheet of copy paper but definitely less than a flimsy business card in terms of relief.
