language changing on wind XP

my friend was wondering how she could change the language of her computer to korean, she adjusted the "regional and language" setting in her control panel but no luck, she said she had done it a long while back but forgot, she said she remembers downloading things but wasnt sure... any help please?

She'll probably need to stick her XP cd in to get the auditional languages or download it from the microsoft website

I think she needs to install support for those languages in the add/remove programs dialog.
