Just found out (he passed away last week)...didn't see a thread. So...
Born in 1923! 99 & died of natural causes. We should all be so lucky.
Anyway, always enjoyed his schtick in those '60s/'70s shows. Much of which could not be aired today.
He & Forrest Tucker & some guy in a gorilla suit were the original Ghostbusters. :)

RIP, sir...
 
Yes, Larry was truly funny; he was a natural comedian.

I remember one episode of F Troop, in which he played his Russian cousin.

I forgot his name.

The cousin comes for a visit to Fort Courage, and to make him feel at home, the cook made him some borscht.

He takes a taste, then says in a heavy Russian accent, “Just like my mother used to make, and then my father would throw it out the window!”

And then he threw it out the window! :woot:

I still crack up when I think of it!
