Lasagna.

I still can't cut the stuff.
As someone said, "the bottom goes left, the middle goes right, and the top ends up on the bottom".
Still good though.

I want to try this
Fried parmesan-breaded lasagna, topped with parmesan cheese and marinara sauce, with creamy alfredo.
my husband likes it, but with extra marinara.

Lasagna's one of the four food groups..
I grew up in an Italian family. I used to think garlic was the national flower.
I used to live in Rochester (the NY one), which is a very Italian town, and holy smoke the lasagna that people there made.
But damn it all I've since developed some kind of sensitivity and if I eat a cut of lasagna or a bowl of pasta I barf.
