LASE NEO 12-1000MR - 12" MidBass ‎ Speaker 3" Voice Coil.

Very high efficiency and extended linearity are special features of LASE NEO 12-1000MR midbass transducer. Efficient heat dissipation is ensured by a radiator that is part of the basket design. The aluminum voice coil provides a properly aligned Q factor and high sensitivity. A specially designed shallow triple-roll surround guarantees low midrange distortion, and a fiberglass former voice coil, polycotton suspensions, and treated cone contribute to the LASE NEO 12-1000MR's very high power handling. When mounted in compact size bass reflex enclosures, the good combination of short voice coil, very low mass, and suspension control makes the LASE NEO 12-1000MR an excellent choice for high power, 2-way satellite applications. The LASE NEO 12-1000MR is a popular replacement speaker for EAW, Yorkville, Sonic, Martin Audio, and other subwoofer speaker systems.

I think you will find that either the sensitivity number is inaccurate or the power handling is inaccurate, the combination of the two for a 10” speaker is very optimistic imo. It’s also likely a very dark sounding speaker.
