Sorry, no "capacitance" involved in the process.
I have a degree in Physics and an entire career designing audio acoustics and transducers - loads of factual experience that disagree with your opinion. When you measure the impedance of a piezoelectric transducer (I have actually done this) up to the point where the resonance occurs (which is typically above the audio range), it is a capacitive source.
