Learning "Subdivisions"

Your chart is fine. The synth part at the beginning is F#, but when the bass comes in (which is what you transcribed), it's G. Take a look at my partial transcription which I posted later in the thread (and which borrows from yours).

That said, the more I look at this, the more I wonder whether these sections should be in 6/4 rather than 3/4:

I agree, the chord sequence makes more sense over 6/4.
Additionally, while you could certainly write it in 3/4, wouldn’t that imply a waltz feel? Whereas I was taught that 6/4 equals 3 x 2/4, ie you can keep the backbeat going, as they do here.
