Here are a few new pictures of the neck and headstock. Bud Is going to have a booth at the NAMM Show in Nashville. He is plannig to bring about 6 Basses to display.
Some of them are his own and a few belong to customers. This could be a great launching pad for Bud to get some more exposure.
It seems to me that many Music store retailers who had been powerhouses in the past are really beginning to struggle against internet distribution. I know of one here in CT who could no longer meet the inventory requirements of Fender, Gibson, and PRS and have lost thier dealerships with them as a result. Hopefully this will make new oportunities for smaller builders like LeCompte to move up and into national distribution. Heaven knows that we don't need another no-name China Fender Knock-off.
