He’s close to where I live...I’m excited about this...

That is the best bass news I’ve heard in years, welcome back Bud!

I ordered my first STSS the week I reported to sim training in Texas for a new job, as a reward for surviving being unemployed. And right now I’m at that same training center with another new job, only to find out LeCompte is back. Hmmm... ;)

Cool! I own the top left bass. Best of luck Bud!

I have two of those pictured and a BRN fiver, and had each one of them in my hands tonight actually. The middle left fretless STSS is absolutely drop dead gorgeous, and that pic does nothing to show the beautiful finish and woods. If Bud reads this, hope all is well! I really feel lucky to own each one of them, thanks Bud.

This bass is perfect in every way! Beautiful craftsmanship, smooth neck, the electronics can be dark and thumpy or screaming and dirty, and everything in between.
I’ll get some sound clips soon, but this bass is worth twice what I paid, and it was built quickly.
Bud is a gentleman, and his shop is excellent. I foresee another order real soon.
