LED Light removal

So I looked around and couldn't really find anything to help with this. My hohner b-bass has a small red and green led light on it to tell you when the active preamp is on or off (silly right?). However i bought it used and the pups and electronics were replaced with two passive carvin stacked humbuckers. So I was planning to remove the lights since they look silly. I was thinking some kind of black chromed screw or a plug type thing. Does anyone have an idea what would be best to do with it?
