Lefty converted Gibson Grabber and Fender P

Hey guys, I was wondering what a Gibson Grabber converted to left handed would be worth. It looks in good condition, but not certain. Even a rough number would be helpful.

Also I don't know much about the different model Fenders and I was hoping I could get some help. It is a black Fender Precision with a white pickguard. It has a J pickup at the bridge. It says Fender instead of Squier on the headstock. I'm pretty sure P with a J at the bridge are P Bass Specials; at least that is how it is with Squiers. I'm going to assume it a MIM because the price is 250. The only picture is far away and relatively small. Any help on what model it is and the value would be awesome. EDIT: This is a real left handed. EDIT: It has a maple fretboard with black dot inlays.

Thanks!
