I picked up an acoustic b810 cab a few months back for a price no one could turn down. The seller stated he believed one of the drivers was toast. Upon getting it home and playing through my svt7 pro head, it is confirmed that the driver is blown.
Now I've read many threads on just scraping the cab rather than replacing the drivers. But considering it is being offered to me to replace them at no cost to myself, I've stumbled across the eminence b810 drivers. They seem to be a direct match to what I need them for. So, asking for some input on what to use, not really looking to hear the cab is junk. Thanks for any help.
Also, would you recommend replacing the horn with something of a better quality? And if so what would be a good choice.
