I like Todd Phillip's DVDs. Not specifically bluegrass but he really understands the style and he teaching style is great. Kieth Rosier's Lost Art of Country bass has a lot of ideas that work well in bluegrass and Pete Wernick's jam DVDs are fun. Not bass instruction but a great way to develop some bass skills for bluegrass and try out new ideas you are working on
The Murphy Method learn by ear w/Marshall Wilburn, Beginner, Intermediate and Slap Bass is probably one of the best for a beginner bass enthusiast. You can check a sample of it on You-Tube under, The Murphy Method Beginning Bass.
