Let’s See Some Amps

GRBCombo03.jpg

I recently did a post of what is your favorite go to bass. In making this post. A lot of people showed off their axe and I saw some basses I’ve never seen before that were really good cool.

I’d like to see what bass amps people use and the different speaker combinations. So if you’re up to it show some photos.

Thanks, pal!

My OCD is pretty active too.:woot: Might have to give that a try as long as they still protect the knobs while in the case. But there is a nice continuity w/ the angle of the amp & cab and the flipped handles just might work.

Not sure if you noticed but I had to flip the rack mount handles on the GK so the SKB cover would fit. Worked great on that amp.
I can totally see it working but what the imagination sees and what is real sometimes don't jive. I hope you try it. I think it would look good. :woot:

This GK 400RB is kind of my crash test dummy. It arrived well worn and with "graphics enhancements". It reminds me of that look in Bill Bixby's eyes when he "knows he's about to turn green" every time I switch it on. I know exactly what to expect, and that's handy when assessing cabinet mods. The "Ross"-era Kustom 2x15 cab it's sitting on sounds pretty dang awesome with the original CTS drivers in it, but we're not going to just leave well-enough alone: Driver-swap, light bracing, and possible port-tuning are on the short horizon.

New to me Ashdown MAG 300 (1st version) amp and recently finished Joe Vegas copy amp (Seismic SA-212E, had an old one, and 2 Dayton PA310-8 12"s). I need a keyboard stand so I can elevate it ans securely put the head on it.
