Let's see your Bass Rig

I'm experimenting again! Found a vintage Carvin PB 15 preamp, and am coupling it with a Crown Power Base 1 power amp, and running it through a Carvin 210 and an Amp PF 115 HE cabinet. The pedal board is what I think is necessary for this set up - TC Electronics Corona Mini & Spectra Comp Mini Tone Print, BBE Sonic Maximizer, and pedal tuner from Planet Wave. Have an outdoor gig this Saturday, so I'll know if I'm on to something here. I can tell you that so far my test session with this is telling me that loud will NOT be a problem!

I have several rig options but since we use in ear monitors I don't typically use an amp. When we do outdoor events I've been setting up my 210 cab. I have a late 70's Peavey 215 cabinet also that I sometimes use outdoors with the same rackmount stuff shown here. The 215 sounds awesome but is a little overkill when I also have the in ear monitors going. View attachment 2768091

What 210 cab is that?

Too many, so I'll just show a couple of the less common ones.

Use this one at home:

A bunch of others I use more often at home, including a 60's B-15, Eden WT-300, Mesa D-180, and a Carvin BX-1500 for backup; it biamps so can run the 400PS 3 cab rig pretty well.

Honestly, at home I most often don't plug into anything.

Very nice, because a bassist can't have too many 6550A's!!! The 400PS is the last piece I need for my Sunn Puzzle. ;Q>

So many great rigs. I'll play too then. Here's some Sunn, Magnavox and ACC....and my Gold Standard: my 1968 Showman atop a 1968 Sunn View attachment 2769266 200S cab and the 16Ω D140's serial numbers nearly match...ya, I'm a gear geek. Monday through Friday's it's mostly the Noel's...2000S rigs. Enjoy.

What a rig pile. That's awesome.
But what really caught my eye was the.... is that a pic of a Flying Fortress?

And, I think you just broke the thread with your gear;):smug:

Thank you for the kind words. The sickest thing of all is how much is in my closet. 1974 Bassman 100, 1966 Bassman, 1966 Bandmaster, pair of SWR 410's and 3 Sunn 200S bins and more.
The plane is a B25 Mitchell built by North American. Thank God my father survived 4 Crashes in that type of machine after 100 plus combat sorties in Burma. He was my amp Tech. I sold a few of the Acoustic 370 rigs and my Mesa Boogie Buster. My amp Tech-Dad in pix of B25. Cool plane.
