Light cab for practice

Hello, have you ever tried amazon empty cab?
It is a 18x18x12 and 18 lbs sealed cab with a hand lifter on top. It is 2.25 cubic feet.

I thinking to pair it with a 8 ohms 15" Eminence beta 15A 45-3.7 Hz, 98.2 db, 300 W rms and 8.8 lbs.

It is just to practice sesions and I think will use like 100, 150 Watts maybe.

Hello, already have Hartke transporter 210TR with a pair of 200W eminence legend ( blowned an original Hartke speaker). But some compact and light is my goal. We are 4 in the band and not play too loud music, I would say a kind of pop or kind of mellodic rock.

Do nothing with dropping a speaker into an empty cabinet until you have done calculations using online software to determine whether they are compatible. The result could be pleasing or sound like a series of farts...do the homework first.

This probably has not been discussed in other threads more than 250 times.....

Thank you, I will look for some software online.

Finally, Eminence Beta-15A 8 ohms. Loading an Amazon close cab, nice to transport it, final loaded cab weight is 28 lbs.

I filled inside walls with fiberglass, I added an aluminum screen grille and a rubber seal trim to speaker protection.

If you want to make yours, all materials are from ebay and amazon. Fiberglass is from Lowe's.

Final price is like $285.00

Took it to last rehearsal, band members says that sounds nice.
