My band Fake Canadian is on a Sacramento Kings fight song. It's very Pixies.
As a a Sacramento native, I find this quite cool!
Especially since the Kings beat the Warriors last night in Sacramento's first playoff game in many, many years!

Considering I recorded the bass in my living room on Wednesday, I think we got it out pretty quick. It was released minutes after the Kings won last night.
Your song stands out from all those generic-sounding hip-hop tracks, IMO. It's good to hear a band!
Also, I can imagine hearing the "Light The Beam" chorus from your band's song being chanted by Kings fans in the Golden 1 Center; the other songs don't have that kind of hook. Again, IMO.
