Lighter Touch?

well i have a similar problem...I play very hard and witj great tension....but recently my right hand fingers started aching,and I am afraid I could damage my fingers...so I am trying to get a lighter touch.Has anyone had any similar problems or know anything about right hand misuse and injuries?Thank you

If you are experiencing pain you are probably
playing to hard.

You said you play hard with tension. Not good.
Its works for some guys like flea(I wouldnt be suprised
if he gets some serious problems as he gets older)

Try to lighten up and relax. You might be suprised what it
will do for your playing. It will feel strange at first.

I prefer "You are in control"

That's the point of playing light. You can always play lighter, at least I can, but there's a point where you can't play louder without cranking up the amp or lose definition in your sound.
