Lightest 5 String

I played a 4 string Steinberger headless at GC yesterday that felt like picking up a small paperweight...It made me wonder...

What is the lightest 5 banger that you've ever used, and how did it sound/feel?

Lightest ones I've played have been Ibanez SR's and the MTD Kingstons. As far as the MTD's go, you can't beat em. I'm not a fan of the Ibanez necks, so I didn't really care for that.

Lightest for me is my Dingwall. It sounds amazing.

For me it is my Ibanez SR with my Peavey Millennium AC BXP a close second. My son now has my Yamaha RBX5A2 and it is amazingly light. Pretty much between the Ibby and the Peavey.

Lightest for me is my Dingwall. It sounds amazing.

I agree & my new LeCompte multi scale feels 2lbs lighter than my old Dingwall Z1. Even my tiny lady friend can wear it all night with no problem.
