What would be the lightest gauge for a low B that would handle being tuned down to A comfortably on a 34" scale?

Lightest B string for tuning down to A?

I tune to Ab. used to be in A. i prefer a .135 but thats me. hope you find what works for you. music is all about experimentation.

I use a .140 that I tune to Ab as well, might be thinking about a .145 in the future. I wouldn't go lighter than .135, but I heard people who used a .125 for it and it worked out somehow.. Not my kind of thing do cause I ain't looking back at anything thinner than .140

There are people who tune .105 down to B...
I recorded with .130 tuned down to A and it sounded great. (I think at least)
