Lightweight giggable rig

Any suggestions for a lightweight giggable rig? I play with two guitarists and a drummer who can control his hits. We play a mixture of pop, rock and a bit of funk. Currently I only have a Hartke A70 for jams/rehearsals. Not averse to another combo - just as long as I don't need castors to haul it. Oh and I don't have much funds either at the moment so preferably less than $1k would be ideal.

All the Gallien-Krueger MB series rigs and combo's are gig-able, lightweight, compact, sound great, and affordable too.

I use a Markbass LM2 and Markbass 2x10 Traveller cab. 4oms 500w. Really light and compact (use for rehearsal and most of my gigs). Great sound and surprisingly loud.
Have a 4x10 too, but i am using the 2x10 a lot more. Very happy.

This is my go to travel set up and is amazing.

The yellow stuff gets marked up worse than anything else down here. Budget and yellow never gonna happen.

I'm getting some milage from mb200 I got off the TB classifieds. Easy conversion of the power supply voltage jumper inside, instant 240v operation. There is always the risk it blows up with no chance of an economical repair but a 1kg amp man, light and cheap and loud enough.

Another vote for GK,,,, I've owned all their MB combos, first generation and now the second generation series ll,,, the GK MM212 stand alone is AMAZING,,, the MB210 is killer as well especialy when I pair it up with my MBE210 ext cab.

The MB212 by itself is the clear winner though over the MB210 by itself.

If you can get the MB212 Series ll,,,,, really try and get that instead of the MB210 series ll (the MB210 would be my second choice).
