Like a Darrin Huff?

Hey, ive been looking around at various boutique builders and am having a hard time finding what i would like. The basic goal is to find a luthier/luthiers who have the stunning woodwork reminisent of Darrin Huff's work, but with out the heart ache of a 9 year wait. Any Ideas?

No offense to Bee Basses, but apparently Fred is facing technical difficulties at the moment.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Cliff!! If you look at the CB club, the usual reaction to getting a CB Bass is to order another! I really enjoy mine and have another on order.

Depends on what all you do, but his prices are extremely reasonable.

If you look at his site, the prices are around $2,500 & up depending on your options.


I have been waiting three years for my Huff bass. He is finally making progress on other orders (not on mine- still not even started)

If I had to do it again I would have got a CB knowing that he delivers.

Cliff has been on this forum for years and I have never seen anything but friendly, helpful, and good-hearted posts. I have to think he's got a good heart.

A big +1 to CB basses. Also consider Pete Hilton basses who has created his own instruments.
