Line 6 Helix LT amp modeling with FRFR

Hi and this is probably covered but...

I use a line 6 Helix LT through an FRFR speaker, but I don’t use any amp modeling. Just a deluxe comp and Cali Q Graphic eq and I think it sounds great. The amp models sound a bit harsh to me.

am I missing something by not using a model?
