im currently using a line 6 bass floor pod but am thinking of changing to a Boss ME20b.

Line6 to Boss

I don't think you would gain anything in changing between the Line 6 Floorpod and the Boss ME-20B. Plus you would lose the amp modeling.
it just feels a bit cheap. both our guitarists use boss multi FX and get awesome tones from them. The L6 just seems to have a bit of chorus on it and thats it. its good in that it has a direct out aswel as amp output but i cant help but feel its suffocating my sound.
maybe im not using it right?
From your profile, you have good basses and a good rig. Both the Line 6 LowDown or the ME-20B would be the weak link in your signal chain. I'd suggest my favorite, the Line 6 M9.
just checked it out then but could only find a guitar test of it. if its as this guy is making out, it should make for the 'complete setup'
