Knowing you're an endorsor of Line6; I'm looking for common sense about the title of this thread....

Currently on my board are:
Dean Markley PT-13 Pedal Tuner
Digitech Synth Bass Pedal
Boss CE-20 Chorus
Artec Delay
Carl Martin Comp/Limiter
VooDooLabs Power Plus2

I'm aware that effect pedals can be a never ending search for the "perfect effect"... Do you prefer choosing individual pedals or doe the L6XT take care of your true "NEEDS"?

A friend that is another endorser suggest that the envelope filter would probably be the "weakest" model in the XT...

Thanks for letting me know...

The Line 6 is GREAT for me when I don't want to hassle with my big-ass pedal boards. I can get perfectly serviceable sounds out of it. Pedals are more fun, though. More tactile, more finely tailored to do interesting, specific things. My $ is still on individual pedals for the long haul.

If considering:
1.Bang for Buck
2.Simplicity
3.No tone sucking
4.???

Would you go with the Line 6 XT Live or a few pedals?

Thanks in advance!!!
