Something seems a little off with this one. What does the board say?
Totally not a true or real as you put it Fender Precision Bass.
...more like Sharpie Precision Bass.
Someone's been doodling on the headstock with a ball point pen.
That's an ultra-rare "Sharpie Fender".
Okay, I still say it's ball point pen, not Sharpie. I think that's the real debate.
Thats a rare 1949 prototype. Leo did the logo's by hand for the first few prototypes.
