locked out due to DOS attempts

Hi
Since yesterday I cannot log in into the Forums from inside my house, both desktop and laptop are giving me the message: Your IP address is temporarily locked out due to DOS attempts.
I can log via cell phone, from work and using a VPN access so I assuming is something related with my Internets provider IP address but I cannot change the IP address since is a fixed address.
Computers are running Win10 up to date, Antivirus, Malwarebytes all fully active so I dont'see any attempt of using my machine to spam.
Someone please help.
