Assuming the neck pocket is compatible, putting the actual neck on is no huhu whatsoever.
BUT!!!
Your bridge will be in the wrong position. You'd have to move the bridge "back" an inch or so. Which means careful measuring and drilling.
Measure the distance from the 12th fret wire to the nut. Your bridge saddles should sit at about twice that distance. Actual distance varies with intonation, but that will get your bridge in the right area. If you're very lucky, your saddles might be able to pull that far back, but plan on moving your bridge if you do this.
If the neck is fretless, the bridge part is moot, but your side dots and fret lines, if any, will be way off.
