Looking at this 1969 Fender

I'm not a expert but I know the neck must be a replacement. What do you guys think? What's it worth? I'm trading something that is worth $1,600.

I think I would at least question that finish.

Have you played this bass, or heard what it sounds like? That would also concern me.

I'm not an expert but I don't see Fender anywhere on that bass.

Fake fake fake. What's wrong? Bound body, rounded neck heel, wrong guard, wrong tuners, on and on. I'd bet there are no Fender parts there except MAYBE the neck plate, which would be from '72, but looks brand new. Even the humbucker is new, and likely a Squier. RUN, fast and hard.
