Looking for <$1000 stack

I’m looking to replace a blown 100w fender rumble. Always wanted a head/cab instead of a combo but never pulled the trigger because of the options and the price. Every time I think I have a good combo around $800 some review or comment forces me to re-evaluate.
Amp Requirements:
-Fx loop
-4+ eq
300-500w
Cab requirements:
Would like to be able to stack later if I need more volume

Ideally I would like A Tone Hammer 500 with 2 SL112s but I cant afford that.

also This is for practice at home, and expandable to a band setting in the future.

Wow, a 1000 would go a long way buying used.
Right now between craigs and the facebook local players page I can buy an Ampeg 810 and a Tonehammer 500 for less than 1k.

I’ve kept an eye out in the used markets, and all I seem to find is very old and abused equipment. I missed an awesome deal on a TH350 for $279
