I've got a 2010 jazz deluxe I'm 'building', and I'm going for a tortoise shell pickguard. I know that Fender is having enough difficulty manufacturing the 2010 deluxes, so any replacement parts are not being released.
This has led me to make my own pickguard. I've got a piece of tortoise shell pickguard material, now all I need is a template and a CNC machine (I think I've got the CNC machine part covered).
Short of actually tracing one out using the body of my bass, does anyone know of a website where they offer print out templates for the 2010's?
...Or if anyone is willing, would they be able to send me a template of their 2010 pickguard via e-mail?
