Not interested in recording guitar at all. I used to have the Line 6 UX1 and it just didn't sound good. Signal was too low so if I wanted to raise it it would have to be after recording and it just sounded bad/distorted.
It doesn't have to be fancy, I just want it to be good for bass; loud, clear, not distorted, preferably not too expensive. What can you recommend?
If it matters my bass is passive (they usually don't sound as loud in my experience)
