Looking for a looper drum machine that records

Hey everybody, im getting to that stage where i want to start making my own music. Basically im looking for a drum machine that has a loop feature, which I can plug my bass into and sort of record my own stuff (just doodles). Any ideas of good ones?

If you have a computer, simply plug your bass into that and
use some software like ableton. it will be a universe more useful than a drum machine.

just my opinion though.

The Zoom B3 has both of those things

I've got a Boss BR600 and it works pretty well. It probably isn't the greatest as a drum machine, but it works for my purposes. The BR600 is a little dated, but there are a bunch of other personal recorders out there that serve similar purposes. Zoom R series and the Boss BR series are the ones that come to mind.

the zoom b3 I'm thinking about but how many different drum tracks are there really?

Im looking for like hundreds of drum tracks from wide genres

the NUX MG100 multi FX has drum machines and 40 secs of looping, and is dirt cheap.
