This weekend I picked up an Ampeg BA115v2 at a steal of a price and I'm quite happy so far. I still need to run it through its paces but I think this will be what I needed.

I hope that works out for you. I had seemingly unsolvable feedback issues whenever I used my 15 cab with upright. Picked up a pair of super12s and now I can easily get too loud without feedback. This weekend I picked up an Ampeg BA115v2 at a steal of a price and I'm quite happy so far. I wondered if one of those may have solved my 15" associated feedback issues. If your feedback problems are from the lower spectrum, get an fDeck HPF, it can tame a variety of feedback issues and it's a bargain.
I think Robert Strickland is dead on! That pj super flight case is the best upright amp I've about ever heard,
If they haven't changed anything, the DI on those are really nice, too!I don't anticipate power being an issue for now at least. Its about twice as loud as my previous amp and it has a DI for FOH at larger gigs.
