Looking for a New Practice Setup/MP3 on PC & Bass

For decades I've been using the same practice setup.
A little Behringer UB502 2-3 channel mini mixer.
I have a line in from my PC where I can play mp3's.
I can plug in my bass directly, and play along with recordings through headphones.
Over the last month the mixer has developed, this "throbbing hum".
It's probably 20 years old.
Anyone have any good recommendations for a different setup?

I use a small USB interface into my PC. It acts as the sound card and my headphones and bass go into that. The interface has a live option to hear the bass dry but I go into one of a few DAW programs in the PC that my bass goes into. Very easy to play along with music or videos. I also have a Phil Jones X4 on my desk I use as a live monitor. I take a line out of the interface to the AUX in.
Use it everyday. I currently have a Presonus Audiobox 22vsl that has been working great for the last ten years. Most of these interfaces come with a basic DAW program bundled in.

I do the same as Bodeeni. PC + external audio interface. I'm currently using an Arturia Minifuse 2. Previously a Focusrite gen 2 Scarlet 2i4, but had driver wierdness after upgrading to Windows 11.

I can play along with music playing on my PC, listening via headphones or studio monitors. I also use the interface for multitrack recording to the PC using Reaper DAW software. 2 mic/line/inst inputs, I can record vocal and guitar or stereo sound sources. If you are used to a regular mixer format, I'm sure there are such interfaces with a more standard mixer format.

I'm using an Axe IO One ubs-c audio interface. Latency is like 1-2ms and unnoticeable, so use whatever Audio Unit plugins and hosts you like (Garageband is pretty neat and free).

I'm using a Behringer Flow 8 and headphones at the moment and it is brilliant. Bluetooth from phone into the flow. Bass directly into the flow also. Cheap, compact. And I now have a spare mixer.
