Well first of all a "balanced stereo" like the OP mentioned is not TRS but it will be a TRRS usually a 4.4 mm plug. Yes there are balanced 1/4 TRS outputs from synths, but I do not know of any Guitar synths where each channel output is balanced. (GR-55 or SY-1000) In fact many keyboard synths with 1/4 outputs are mostly unbalanced/ There are just a handful of synths with 1/4 outputs like the Virus or old Jupiters that haver have balanced 1/4 outputs and some Euroracks. Usually if they truly have balanced outputs they will have XLR connectors
I do own this unit and asked Rolls if I could use a TRS if I have a device with XLR outputs on both left and right of each channel and they said I could and I did. But what is the benefit really since my cable runs are no longer than 6 feet.
if the OP really needs a TRS connector for the left and right, then the only recourse is an 8 channel mixer with XLR and then he can use a TRS to XLR cable, 8 of them. It will not be small. I would verify though that the Ring of the TRS is carrying a signal, There is a good chance it is not. But if he needs a stereo TRS which is unbalanced then all he needs is a TRS into the STER input of this little roles. Or ask Stairworks to make one. It won't be cheap.
